Ordering
What customisations can I specify when ordering an item?
All of the available customisations are displayed at the bottom of each product page. However, if you are looking for something specific that isn't shown, please contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate your request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We typically quote up to 10 working days from confirmation of order to the item being despatched. If a certain product typically requires more or less than this, we will state the expected time to despatch in the product description.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been confirmed and payment made. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds after the order has been accepted.
Can I return my item for a refund?
In the event that the item falls short of our exacting standards or is not as described, then we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement item.
Payment
When do I have to pay for my order?
When you order an item, you authorise us to take the specified amount from your account. However, we will not take any money until we have confirmed your order and it is in progress.
Privacy
What personal details do you record?
Other than the specifics of your order, we do not collect any information about you on the Creative Baby Gifts web site. Once you've made your selection, you are then passed to our payment provider PayPal to enter your details via their secure system. No information we recieve either directly or indirectly will be used for any other purpose than for fulfilling your order.
Your site doesn't have a security certificate, is my information secure?
All personal information in captured, stored and used within PayPals secure systems.
Caring for your item
Satin and silk
We recommend that all satin and silk items are professionally dry-cleaned.
Pure Cotton
Pure cotton items can be hand washed in a mild detergent. Hang up to line dry.
Fleece
Fleece items can be machine washed at 30° C.
Shawls and Gowns
When storing, we recommend that shawls and gowns are stored between sheets of acid free tissue paper. Protect from direct light, damp and heat.
